Week 8: Final week

Part 1: Review Other Teams' final video projects

Predictive Modeling for Computing

Professionals

The topic of predictive modeling was covered well. The presentation went into dept and explain it well. The presentation was clear, each slide was clear. A lot of information and seemed it was well researched.  The slides were a little dull, it could have been better with more color, a lot of the slide were just white with some bullet points. The video was a little interesting some of the group members were better presenting the information than others. One was a little monotone. Looks like everyone knew their parts so they must have worked together to coordinate. The video, was appropriate for the technology professionals.

General Public

The topic for is well covered, but the presentation would be difficult to follow for someone without the more knowledge. Somethings are not explained well in layman's terms so a general public would not be able to fully follow. The quality of the research will good. The video was needed to be more engaging and the slides could have been more fun to keep the audience's attention. It looked like the team worked together.

Robotics

Professionals

The robotic topic was covered well, including the history the different types of of uses of robots. The presentation was clear easy to follow. The research was great and included APA resources. The quality of the video could have been a little better because it seemed it was recorded during a zoom meeting or some other virial meeting platform and sometimes the quality of the video would drop. The video was engaging well use of pictures and color scheme. The team worked well as they all were present in the virtual meeting during the presentation. I would say that this video would be appropriate to technology professionals.

General Public

Topic presented well, simple terms used. Presentation was clear and used a lot of visuals to understand the topic better. The quality of the video production was good. It was engaging but I felt for the general public it could have focused on a different aspect of robots to make it a little more interesting. The team worked well as it was a recording of a virtual meeting. Overall, it was appropriate for the general audience.

The topic was covered extremely well covered. Very clear presentation on green computing. The quality of video was very good, it included background music which was nice. The video was engaging and interesting I felt it had my attention. They worked very well transitioning smoothly. The video was appropriate for the general public.

Part 2: Keep Up With Your Learning Journal

Add in your video project and write one last entry about what you have learned in the class. How has your team communicated and/or collaborated? What can you do to make that collaboration more effective next time?

Here is our final group project was Addiction and Mental Health concerns with social media:

This class I learned how to work as a team, to complete a project together. Though, I would have liked that my team members would have worked a little earlier so we cold have more time to review and edit our final video. We learn from and make adjustments to improve on future team projects. I think to make our collaboration better is make a better outline so we all can see our parts clear. Overall, we worked together and make it happen.
